Church of Grace was founded by a small group of immigrants from the former Soviet Union in April of 1998. The vision for the new church came to its founders from God in process of regular morning prayers. The main goals of the newly founded church were the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to unbelievers. To create a healthy environment for spiritual growth and prepare everyone for ministry.

Our first church meetings were held in a small building of a Baptist church in Milwaukee, the suburban area of the City of Portland. By God’s grace, throughout the years the church has being growing spiritually and in quantity. In the time being, the number of members in Church of Grace is in the hundreds. Through church of Grace, God is reaching thousands of people not only in the Portland Metropolitan area but in many countries around the world.
